Here it is, the CODUG Company Survey we have all been waiting for! The results of this survey will be used to compile a profile of the DB2 shops in Central Ohio. We will summarize the data on this web site in typical survey result form. (x% of shops are on DB2v4, y% are going to v5 in the next 6 mo...)

Please fill in as much of the form as you can. If we get multiple responses from the same company we will reconcile the results the best we can. In general, we want a DB2 system programmer or other SYSADM to fill this out, but others may have relevant input as well.

We will compile an email mailing list from these results as well, so if all you want is to be on the mailing list, just fill in the top 4 questions. (At the beginning of next year we may limit who is on the mailing list.)
