The benefits of membership in CODUG:
2007 Membership Dues Rules (See membership application): Membership dues are payable by the first CODUG meeting of each year.
Membership policies and dues may be changed yearly or at the discretion of
the user group officers. For 2007, CODUG offers two membership options. They
are: Individual membership. Allows one person to attend all three yearly CODUG meetings, receive mailings, and receive user group information. The cost is $45.00 per year. Corporate membership. Allows a corporation to send four people to all three yearly CODUG meetings, receive mailings, and receive user group information. The cost is $135 per year and represents a discount of $45 on four individual memberships buy three and get one free. An individual may attend a single meeting for the cost of $25 per meeting. Membership dues are payable by check only. Make checks payable to "Central Ohio DB2 Users Group." Mail completed membership application with check to: Officer of Dues and Membership CODUG is a non-profit corporation with Federal Taxpayer Identification number of 31-1367009 An invoice can be requested from Mani Sethuraman, Officer of Dues and Memberships, at membership@codug.org . Invoices can be faxed or mailed. |
