Dennis Minium's Bio.

Dennis Minium, the director of product stregies for XDB Systems, has been active in the research and development of software tools and methodologies for the past 19 years. A frequent speaker at industry events, he is responsible for establishing the short and long term strategic direction for XDB's growing line of software products.Prior to joining XDB, he lead the architecture group responsible for the design of Texas nstruments computer product and authored the book, A Guide to Information Engineering using IEF; Computer Aided Planning, Analysis, and Design, published in several languages.

Sheryl Larsen's Bio.

Sheryl Larsen is an internationally recognized researcher, consultant and lecturer. She is known for her extensive expertise in SQL, and in achieving performance through the proper application of SQL in standalone and distributed environments. Sheryl has over 12 years experience in DB2, has published many articles and authored DB2 courseware, as well as several popular DB2 industry posters. Sheryl is a member of IBM's Gold Consultants Program.
