Buelk & Associates (a division of Pragmatic Solutions, Inc). Speaker BIO: David Beulke is an internationally recognized DB2
consultant, author and teacher, known for his extensive expertise with
database performance, data warehouses and Internet applications. He is an inaugural member of
IBM’s DB2 Data Champions program, one of the 45 IBM DB2 Gold Consultants
worldwide, past president of the International DB2 Users Group (IDUG),
columnist for DB2 Magazine for the last 8 years, co-author of the IBM V8 and
V7 z/OS DB2 Certification exams, co-author of the Business Intelligence
Certification exam, former instructor for The Data Warehouse Institute
(TDWI), and former editor of the IDUG Solutions Journal. David has experience working
with DB2 on the mainframe, AIX/UNIX and Windows over the last twenty two years’
in a variety of environments and industries. His clients save millions of dollars
by reducing CPU demand, avoid unnecessary hardware upgrades and improved
application implementations through his customer focused solutions,

The Central Ohio DB2 User Group is a
chapter of the International DB2 User Group. We meet 3 times per year at
sites in and around Our meetings consist of a short business meeting (15 minutes) followed by a local speaker - usually a user spotlight. We have a break and then a national-level speaker presents on a topic of interest. After this, our IBM rep takes a few minutes to tell us what is new with DB2.
